符山铁矿覆盖层散体中超贫矿石回收利用研究 被引量:6

摘要 为最大限度地利用现有资源,延长矿山的服务年限,从地质经济学方面和工业选矿方面探讨了符山铁矿覆盖层松散体中的超贫铁矿石开采的合理边界品位,依据此指标,新圈定了松散体超贫矿石地质总量310.82万t。并结合矿山的实际生产情况,选择代表性的采场进行回采实践,获得了理想的采矿和选矿经济技术指标。通过对新圈定的松散体超贫矿石进行综合经济技术评价,至少延长矿山服务年限3 a,与矿山关停相比,可减亏1 000多万元。最后从地质条件、选矿条件等方面展望了回收利用前景,对同类型矿山的开采有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to making the best use of the exsting resources and extend the mine service life, the reasonable mining boundary grade of ultra lean ore in covering medium of Fushan iron mine is discussed from the prespective of geological economics and industrial concentration, according to the reasonable mining boundary grade ,the geology total 310,820,000 t of loose body ultra lean ore are selected. According to the actual production situation, the typical stope is chose to conduct mining practice. So the good mining and mineral processing technical and economic indexs are obtained. The comprehensive economic and technical evaluation results of newly selected loose body ultra lean ore show that, the mine service life is extend to 3 years, the loss-mitigation is more than 10,000,000 yuan. Finally, the prospects of recycling is discussed from the perspective of geological conditions and ore dressing conditions. The research results in this paper has certain reference significance for the mining of same type mines.
