摘要
某矿水文地质条件复杂,矿井开采过程中曾发生过突水现象,为保证矿床的安全开采,在矿井四周建设止水帷幕。通过进行水泥尾砂浆室内试验,掌握浆液的性能参数,结合帷幕注浆截流工程的现场施工经验,对水泥尾砂浆与水泥黏土浆浆液进行对比,提出水泥尾砂浆的优势、适用范围及施工过程中要注意的问题,为防止注浆孔随深度增加而提高注浆压力后产生地表冒浆,以及加强溶洞等宽大裂隙的强度,利用水泥尾砂浆进行充填注浆,取得很好的封堵效果,对类似项目施工起到一定的指导作用。
The geological conditions of a mine is complex and water inrush phenomenon happened in the process of mining. So in order to ensure safety mining of ore deposit, the water stop curtain around the mine is constructed. The performance paramters of slurry is understood by conducting laboratory test of backfilling materials of cement. Combining with the on-site construction experience of curtain grouting closure engineering, the slurry of tail cement mortar and cement clay slurry are compared with each other, then, the advantage of tail cement mortar, scope of application and the problems that should pay attention to in the construction process are proposed. In order to prevent the surface mortar phenomenon under the conditions of grouting pressure is improved with the depth increasing of grouting hole, and strengthen the strength of large cracks such as karst cave, tail cement mortar is adopted to conduct filling grouting, and good sealing effect is obtained. Therefore, the above research results play a guiding role for similar project construction.
