摘要
巴西某铁英岩矿石属粉砂质石英铁矿石,工艺类型为高硅、低硫、低磷、酸性、弱磁性铁矿石,铁矿物粒度嵌布不均匀、粒径相差悬殊,主要工业矿物为磁铁矿、假象赤铁矿、赤铁矿。为给该资源的开发提供技术依据,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上进行了选矿工艺流程试验。结果表明,矿石采用连续磨矿(-200目占85%)—弱磁选—强磁选—强磁选精矿1粗1精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路反浮选流程处理,最终可获得产率为44.41%、铁品位为66.62%、铁回收率为86.20%的铁精矿,试验指标良好。
A Brazilian itabirite ore belongs to aleuritic-texture quartz iron ore, with high silicon, low sulfur, low phosphorus, acidic, and weakly magnetic. Iron ore granularity disseminated uneven, particle size differ greatly, the main industrial minerals are magnetite, hematite, and martite. In order to provide technical basis for the resources development, beneficiation experiments is conducted on the basis of mineralogy research. The results show that using continuous grinding (85 % -200 mesh) , low intensity magnetic separation, high intensity magnetic separation, one roughing-one cleaning-two scavenging reverse flotation for magnetic separation concentrate, iron concentrate with yield of 44.41% , iron grade of 66.62%, iron recovery of 86.20% is obtained. The test result is good.
