摘要 内蒙古赤峰某铅锌矿属铅、铁氧化程度较严重的多金属矿石,锌主要以硫化锌为主。为了高效回收矿石中的有用成分,对该矿石进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占70%的情况下,采用1粗3精2扫选铅、1粗2精2扫选锌、中矿顺序返回流程处理该矿石,最终获得了铅品位为39.89%、含银1 670.00 g/t、含铜4.84%、含锌9.31%、铅回收率为57.45%、银回收率为43.61%、铜回收率为41.39%、锌回收率为2.07%的铅精矿,以及锌品位为49.21%、含银78.21 g/t、含铜0.40%、含铅0.60%、锌回收率为87.72%、银回收率为25.34%、铜回收率为27.41%、铅回收率为6.94%的锌精矿。较好地完成了铅、锌、铜、银的回收。 A lead-zinc mine in Chifeng Inner Mongolia belongs to severely oxide lead and iron polymetallic ore, zinc mainly exists in sulfide form. In order to high efficiently use the valuable composition in the ore, ore dressing experiment in carried out. Results show that at the grinding fineness of 70% - 0. 074 ram, through process of lead flotation of one roughing-three cleaning-two scavenging, zinc flotation of one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging, middles back to the flowsheet in turn, lead concentrate with lead, silver, copper, zinc grade of 39. 89% , 1 670. 00 g/t, 4. 84% , 9.31, recovery of 57.45% , 43.61%, 41.39%, 2.07%, and zinc concentrate with grade of 49.21%, 78.21 g/t, 0.40%, 0. 60% , recovery of 87.72% , 25.34% , 27.41% , 6.94%, are obtained, well realizing the recovery of lead, zinc, copper, silver.
