摘要
为了探讨霍邱铁矿石加工的超级精矿粉制备高性能锶铁氧体预烧料的可能性,以TFe >72.1%,SiO2含量在0.1%~0.2%的超级精矿为主要原料,进行了配料SrO与Fe2O3物质的量之比、预烧料烧结温度、研磨细度对锶铁氧体性能的影响试验.结果表明,在配料SrO与Fe2O3物质的量之比为5.9、预烧温度为1 285℃、物料细度平均粒度为0.75 μm时,产品的磁性能最佳,剩磁(Br) ≥410 mT、材料料矫顽力(Hcb)≥255 kA/m和内禀矫顽力(Hcj)≥265 kA/m.
In order to explore the possibility of making high performance pre sintered strontium ferrite using super concentrate powder made from Huoqiu iron ore. Performance of strontium ferrite test on influence of molar ratio of SrO to Fe203, presintering temperature, grinding fineness is conducted using super concentrate, TFe 〉72.1%, SiO2 content between 0.1% and 0.2%, as the main material. The resuits show that with ingredients SrO and Fe2O3 molar ratio of 5.9, pre sintering temperature of 1 285 ℃, average particle size of 0.75 μm, the optimum magnetic properties can be achieved, remanence (Br) ≥ 410 roT, material coercivity (Hob) ≥ 255 kA/m and the intrinsic coercivity (Hcj) ≥ 265 kA/m. in the,the best,
