摘要 根据企业对设备管理的安全性和经济性要求,探讨了BOOMER 281台车拐轴维修方式,通过对拐轴故障形式的统计和分析,设计了拐轴维修试验方案。运用威布尔概率纸分析,估算出累计故障概率结果、寿命概率密度结果、可靠度结果,为进一步定量分析维修可靠性提供依据,以实际使用代替疲劳试验,验证研究结果与生产实践情况基本一致,为今后矿山机械设备维修可靠性积累了经验。 According to the requirements of the enterprise to equipment management security and economy, the maintenance modes of turn shaft of Boomer 281 tunnelling trolley are discussed. The failure modes of turn shaft are analyzed so as to design the test scheme of turn shaft maintenance. The Weibull probability paper is adopted to estimate the results of cumulative failure probability, probability density and reliability so as to provide some reference for conducting quantitative analysis of the maintenance reliability. The research results show that, the test results is consistence with the production practice situation, besides that, it can accumulate experience of the reliability of mining machinery equipment maintenance in the future.
