摘要
作者利用新松弛法求解平衡级模型基本方程组,对流化催化反应精馏合成乙酸乙酯过程进行了模拟,并将模拟结果与实验结果进行对比。通过2个实例表明,该模型易收敛,计算速度较快,计算准确,适用于流化催化反应精馏过程的模拟计算。
Based on the new relaxation method to solve the basic equations of reactive distillation,a mathematical model was developed to describe the fluidized catalyst reaction distillation.Two examples showed that the model is likely to converge,fast and accurate for the simulation of the fluidized catalyst reaction distillation process.
