摘要
1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯是一种重要化工中间体,广泛用于合成聚酯树脂、聚酰胺、醇酸树脂、增塑剂,生产技术和市场被少数国外公司垄断。采用水热表面原位生长法完成了高分散负载型加氢催化剂的研制,活性组分Pd的分散度提高至30%以上,质量分数降至0.5%以下,大幅降低了贵金属的消耗及催化剂成本。实验室加氢评价证明,该催化剂在反应温度160-200℃,氢压(5-7)MPa条件下,转化率大于99%,选择性大于95%,具有高催化反应活性与较好稳定性。
Dimethyl 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylate is an important intermediate product,it is widely used in the production of synthetic polyester resins,polyamide,alkyd resins and plasticizer.Its production technology and markets are monopolized by a small number of foreign countries.With the water hot surface in situ growth method,high dispersing type load of hydrogenation catalyst is developed,dispersion of active component Pd is increased to more than 30%,and content is decreased to below0.5%,which significantly decreases the cost of the precious metal consumption and catalyst.Lab hydrogenation evaluation showed that the catalyst has high catalytic reaction activity and good stability in the conditions where the temperature is between 160 and 200℃,hydrogen pressure is between 5and7 MPa.The conversion rate is higher than 99%,and the selectivity is more than 95%.
