摘要 冲击式水电站机组甩负荷时,为了减小压力管道压力值以及有效防止机组转速升高过大,需在喷嘴后设置折向器共同调节。故在过渡过程计算时通过喷嘴的流量不同于通过转轮的流量,需考虑折向器动作对流量变化的影响,即需引入折向器方程。本文从物理本质和机组特性出发提出折向器的方程,并用工程实例对其进行论证。 When the load is rejected in the hydropower station with impulse water turbine ,the deflector will be closed fast to avoid the high rotor speed and the needle valve will be closed slowly to avoid great pressure .Therefore ,the discharge through the rotor is dif-ferent form the needle valve on calculation of transients .And it needs to consider the impact of the deflector's action on discharge , which means that the deflector equation needs to be introduced to calculation of transients .Form the physical nature and characteristics of the turbine ,the deflector equation is proposed and tested with an engineering example .
