摘要
随着能源消费结构和能源政策的改变,天然气这种清洁能源将被广泛的开发和应用.针对低温烟气利用率低的问题.以热力学为指导,通过利用高效的传热技术,对低位烟气余热进行深度回收及冷凝液处理.应用于水蒸气含量高的燃气设备的烟气余热回收,在回收显热的同时还回收其潜热.高效的传热技术是烟气余热与介质换热过程中最为核心的技术问题,对其进行分析探讨,为中国节能减排的发展提供新的契机.
With the change of the energy consumption structure and energy policies,the natural gas,as a clean energy source,will be widely developed and applied.Aiming at the problem of low utilization of flue gas at low temperature,the thermodynamic methods as a guide,low quality waste heat is recovered and condensed in depth through efficient heat transfer technology,which applied in gas equipment with high water vapor content.It can not only recover the sensible heat but also the latent heat.The efficient heat transfer technology which is the most core technical problem in the process of flue gas waste heat and the media,provide new opportunities for the development of Chinese energy-saving emission reduction.
