摘要
对可发性聚苯乙烯生产废水的处理工艺进行了研究,确定了处理工艺为混凝沉淀+水解酸化+生物接触氧化+MBR膜过滤,研究了混凝剂的选择及用量,通过生化连续运行确定了最佳工艺参数,出水可达到天津市《污水综合排放标准》(GB 12/356-2008)二级标准。
Through a study of expandable polystyrene wastewater treatment,the process of coagulation sedimenta-tion+hydrolytic acidification+biological contact oxidation+Membrane BioReactor(MBR)was determined. Also, the variety and dosage of coagulant were researched and the optimal technological parameters were confirmed through a continuous biochemical operation. It was testified that the effluent met the Class B level of the Standard of Inte-grated Wastewater Discharge(GB12/356-2008)in Tianjin.
