关于“智慧社区”的建设内容研究

Study on Construction Contents of Smart Communities

随着信息技术的发展和人们对居住环境要求的提高,智慧城市建设如火如荼,智慧社区成为智慧城市重要的建设内容。智慧社区指以住宅小区为平台,将网络通信、智能家电、家庭安防、物业服务、社区服务、增值服务等整合在一个高效的系统中,为小区住户提供安全、舒适、便捷、环保、智慧化和人性化的居住环境。介绍了天津滨海新区智慧社区的调研情况,重点阐释了建设内容,并提出了未来的发展趋势。

With the development of information technologies and growing demands on the living environment, Smart Cities are emerging quickly. Smart community is one of the major construction contents of a Smart City. A smart community refers to a community which takes residential area as a platform to integrate functions of network communication,intelligent home appliances,home security,property services,community services and other value-added services into an efficient system to offer a safe,comfortable,convenient,environmental-friendly, intelligent and humanized living environment for the residents. In the paper,an investigation on smart communities in Tianjin Binhai New Area was introduced,construction contents were elaborated and a future development ten-dency was proposed.
