京津冀协同发展下滨海新区发展路径研究

Development Path of Tianjin Binhai New Area under the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Initiative

京津冀协同发展,是面向未来打造新的首都经济圈、推进区域发展体制机制创新的需要,是探索完善城市群布局和形态、为优化开发区域发展提供示范和样板的需要,是探索生态文明建设有效路径、促进人口经济资源环境相协调的需要,是实现京津冀优势互补、促进环渤海经济区发展、带动北方腹地发展的需要,是一个重大国家战略。从大都市圈理论出发,对京津冀协同发展语境下滨海新区如何发展作一些研究。

The initiative of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development meets the needs of building a new capital economic circle,promoting the institutional innovation,exploring the layout of urban agglomerations and optimiz-ing the development of regional development in future. It aims at the integrated and coordinated development in terms of industrial distribution,ecological civilization,population,resource,transportation and other areas. The three regions are new engines that will boost China’s economic growth. According to the metropolitan region theory,this paper carried out a study on how to develop Tianjin Binhai New Area within the integration development plan for Bei-jing,Tianjin and Hebei Province.
