On Demand-based Exploration of Niche Market:A Demonstration Study of Industrial Service System Construction in Tianjin Binhai New Area

近年来滨海新区产业集群逐步形成,而服务体系资源匮乏、专业化程度不够、服务模式单一等问题也逐一显现。围绕结合企业生命周期针对不同产业并寻找当中未被挖掘的或者说未被很好满足的服务利基市场,构建以需求为导向的、多层次具有滨海新区产业环境特色的、与产业发展无缝对接的高效服务体系展开实证分析。

With the formation of industrial clusters in Tianjin Binhai New Area,problems in the resource service system,the lack of professional degree and the single service model have shown up. In this paper,based on different requirements on service niche market from enterprises during their life cycle,a highly effective service system, which features demand orientation,multi-layer,TBNA’s industrial environment and a seamless connection to indus-trial development was designed and analyzed through empirical approaches.
