Scientific and technical innovation is the original force that promotes the industrial transformation and up-grading. For enterprises,technology innovation mainly involves the development of high-end industries,the enhanc-ing of independent innovation capacity and the training of innovative talents. As a sea salt production enterprise, Haijing group is facing the pressure of industrial transformation and upgrading due to the decreasing of salt pans caused by the overall planning of Tianjin Binhai New Area and its accelerated construction.
