滨海新区义务教育学段学生课业负担的调研

Investigation on Schoolwork Burdens of Students in the Compulsory Education Phase in Tianjin Binhai New Area

近几年,随着滨海新区教育投入的增加,学校布局调整初见成效,师资水平有所提高,教育质量稳步提升。但是由于观念和方法问题,也出现了部分教师、学生为了"高分"而拼体力、拼时间的现象,由此"减负"再次成为尖锐的热点话题。分析了中小学生课业负担产生的原因,提出了减负的对策与建议,指出只有减轻学生的课业负担,才能实现学生学习和生活的幸福,政府部门才能提升公共服务水平。

In recent years,inputs in education in Tianjin Binhai New Area have been increasing. As a result,the layout of schools and the quality of both teachers and teaching activities have been improved. However,due to the understanding and adoption of methods,it is found that some teachers and students are resorting to physical strength and time competition to get high scores. Therefore,burden decreasing has become a critical hot topic again. In the paper,reasons of schoolwork burdens of elementary and middle school students were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed. It also pointed out that only the schoolwork burdens are decreased,will the happiness of students and their families and the strong public service ability of government departments be realized.
