COMT甲基化修饰与精神分裂症关系的研究进展

摘要 精神分裂症(schizophrenia,SCZ)是一种发病机制尚未明确的多基因遗传病.大量遗传学研究发现众多候选基因与其发生密切相关,包括儿茶酚氧位甲基转移酶(cat echol-O-methylt ransferase,COMT)基因.COMT编码产物降解多巴胺(dopamine,DA),调节突触间DA浓度,是SCZ病因学研究的热点.然而,对COMT多态性与SCZ关系的研究往往得不到一致的结果.近年来,COMT的表观遗传调控引起了学者们的注意.表观遗传调控可受非遗传因素影响并动态可逆地从空间、时间上调控基因表达的水平.DNA甲基化作为最常见的表观调控方式,已被发现参与了COMT的生物学作用途径.COMT的DNA甲基化成为研究SCZ的新领域之一.
