Research on the Technical Standard System of High-speed EMU

介绍我国高速动车组技术标准研究的重要性,分析我国高速动车组技术标准及技术体系现状和存在的问题,提出划分合理的标准体系建设阶段,搭建开放的标准体系架构,明确其组成及层次,开发能有效支持完善标准体系的标准管理平台等具体建议。

This paper analyzes the present situations of high speed EMU technical standards and the technical system, introduces the importance of research on China＇s high speed EMU technical standards, and gives suggestions including reasonably planned steps of standards system construction, setting up an open structure of standard system and defining the components and hierarchy, developing the standard system management platform which could effectively support and perfect the standard system.
