摘要
为实现在三维织造中多层经纱形成多个清晰的梭口,分析了传统织机开口机构的特点以及织机开口综框的运动规律.根据织造三维机织物对立体织机开口机构的特殊要求,认为正弦加速运动规律适合于立体织造综框运动的要求,并基于正弦加速运动规律,设计了一种新型的电子开口系统.该开口系统采用可编程序控制器(PLC)、伺服电动机驱动的方法控制立体织机的综框运动,简化了开口机构,提高了立体织机开口系统的灵活性和可靠性.
In order to form clear multi-shed during three-dimensional weaving, the characteristics of the shedding mechanism on the traditional loom and the heald frame motion law are analyzed. According to the special requirements to shedding mechanism for weaving three-dimensional fabric, the sine acceleration law is considered to be suitable, and a new electronic shedding system is designed based on the sine acceleration law. Programmable logic controller (PLC) and servo motor-driving are applied in the shedding mechanism to control heald frame motion on the three-dimensional loom. This method simplified the shedding mechanism, and improved the flexibility and reliability of the shedding mechanism.
