摘要
以凹凸棒(ATP)为载体,通过原位聚合法制备出盐酸、对甲基苯磺酸共掺杂(PANI/ATP)复合材料。利用Fourier红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对制得的复合材料进行化学结构和形貌表征。实验研究了该复合材料对含痕量Cr(Ⅵ)废水的吸附,考察了物料配比、p H值、投料量和吸附时间对其吸附性能的影响。结果表明:当HCI浓度为0.5mol/L、对甲基苯磺酸为1.0g,p H值为2,投料量为0.331g,吸附时间为4h时复合材料对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附达到了最优。实验数据还表明该复合材料还具有良好的再生性能。
Polyaniline/attapulgite(PANI/ATP) composites codoped with hydrochloric acid( HCl/p - Methylbenzene sulfonic acid) were prepared by in situ polymerization method, using attapulgite (ATP) as carrier. Chemical structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra ( FTIR ) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The effects of the ratio of the material, the quality of the PANI/ATP composites, adsorptive time and temperature as well as pH value in the solution on the adsorptive performance of PANI/ATP composites were investigated. The results reveal that when the concentration of HC1 is 0.5 tool/L, the p - Methylbenzene sulfonic acid is 1.0 g, the adsorption time is 4 h, the pH value is 2, when the inventory is 0.2 g Adsorption rate and adsorption capacity of PANI/ ATP for Cr(VI) heavy metal ion is optimal, meanwhile, the data of performance showed that the compossites had a good regenerability.
