摘要 混合二甲苯中的各二甲苯纯品在塑料、涂料、医药、农药、精细化工等领域有着广泛的应用,因此有效的分离提纯各二甲苯异构体对提高资源利用率和产品附加值具有现实的意义。利用HP-innowax毛细管色谱柱,对混合二甲苯进行了分离研究,并建立气相色谱法分析混合二甲苯的组分及其含量的方法。通过优化实验条件,并在最优实验条件下对纯品的测定分析,选择最佳的溶剂、分流比、升温程序、载气流速,以峰面积为纵坐标,浓度为横坐标绘制标准曲线,在此基础上对样品的实验参数进行再优化,结果表明:以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,分流比为215:1,载气流速为0.9L/min时分离效果为最佳。 The pure product of xylene mixed xylenes are widely used in plastics, coatings, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fine chemical and other fields, so the effective separation and purification of the xylene isomers to improve resource utilization and value - added products has realistic significance. Mixed xylene mainly by p - xylene, m - xylene, o - xylene and mixture of ethyl benzene ( C8 aromatics or C8 fractions). Based on HP - innowax capillary chromatographic column, separation of mixed xylene research, and to establish a gas chromatography method to analyze the composition of mixed xylene and its content. Through the measurement analysis of the single product in different experimental conditions, selecting the best solvent, split ratio, temperature program, carrier gas flow rate, with peak area as the ordinate, the abscissa denotes the concentration drawing standard curve, on the basis of the experimental parameters of the sample and optimization, the results showed that ethyl acetate as solvent, diversion ratio of 215 : 1, carrier gas flow rate was 0.9 L/min is the best separation effect.
