摘要
试验了镁渣取代石灰石煅烧水泥熟料对生料易烧性及熟料各项性能的影响,并对影响机理进行了分析。结果表明,15%镁渣取代石灰石,煅烧温度1450℃,时间30min,熟料的各项性能满足标准。机理分析表明,这与镁渣中含有较高的CaO和SiO2及主要矿物成分为C2S有关,促进了生料的易烧性。
For cement enterprise to make better use of magnesium slag, the effect of magnesium slag on the burnality of cement raw meal and clinker properties were studied when partial limestone was substituted with magnesium slag. The results showed that all the clinker properties could meet the standard requirement when the 15% limestone was substituted with magnesium slag and clinker calcined 30 minutes under 1 450℃. The mechanism of these phenomena was analyzed, it was found that the magnesium slag contains considerable amount of CaO and SiO2, and the main mineral component of magnesium slag was C2S, so the burnality of cement raw meal could be improved.
