煤浆提浓技术在多元料浆气化炉上的应用

The Coal Slurry Concentrating Process Applied in the Multi-Component Slurry Gasifier

针对伊泰煤制油有限公司160kt/a煤制油项目气化装置制浆工艺存在的煤浆粒度级配不合理、煤浆浓度偏低等实际问题,对煤浆提浓工艺及细磨机结构进行优化和改进,实现了煤浆提浓系统及关键设备的稳定可靠运行,煤浆浓度和气化炉运行指标明显改善。

For the actual problems in the gasification unit of the 160 kt/a coal to liquid project which are unreasonable coal slurry particle size gradation and low coal slurry concentration ,etc . , optimize and improve the coal slurry concentrating process and the fine grinding machine structure . Afterwards ,the coal slurry concentrating unit and the key devices operate stably ,the coal slurry concentration and the gasifier operation indicators are improved greatly .
