摘要
分析某厂硫基复合肥生产中氯化氢尾气吸收制酸工艺方案的不足之处,提出一种采取吸收液依靠位能自流而达到吸收效果的工艺方案。优化设计结果表明,新方案可降低综合运行成本,减轻人员巡检、操作及维护强度等。
Analyze the process deficiencies of w hich the hydrochloric acid made by absorbing hydrogen chloride exhaust process in the sulfur‐based compound fertilizer plant ,and propose a process program of which to let the absorption liquid automatically flowing down relying on the potential energy to achieve the absorption effects . The optimized design results show that the new program could reduce overall operation costs and reduce the personnel inspection ,operation and maintenance strength ,etc .
