绿药膏联合龙血竭治疗Ⅱ期压疮的疗效研究

Therapeutic outcomes of lincomycin hydrochloride gel with resina draconis for stageⅡ pressure ulcers

目的:探讨绿药膏联合龙血竭在Ⅱ期压疮治疗中的疗效。方法:将38例Ⅱ期压疮患者(58处创面)随机分为两组。观察组在基础处理后采用绿药膏联合龙血竭治疗,对照组基础处理后采用红外线照射治疗。比较两组治愈率、平均治愈时间的差异。结果:观察组明显缩短压疮创面愈合时间;在治愈率(治疗第7天时)、平均治愈时间上明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:绿药膏联合龙血竭治疗Ⅱ期压疮,能加速创面愈合,减轻患者痛苦,缩短愈合时间。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effects of combined lincomycin hydrochloride gel with resina draconis for stage Ⅱ pressure ulcers.Methods：Thirty-eight patients with stage Ⅱpressure ulcers（total 58 lesions） were randomly allocated to observational group（n=27,treated with lincomy-cin hydrochloride gel and resina draconis on primary management basis） and control group（ n =31,treated with infrared radiation after pre-treatment）.The two groups were compared regarding the curative rate and mean time of the lesion healing.Results：Reduced ulcer healing time,improved healing rate （by the 7th day of treatment） and shortened mean time of wound healing were observed in the observation group as compared with the controls （P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：Combination of lincomycin hydrochloride gel with resina draconis can significantly facilitate the earlier healing of stage Ⅱ pressure ul-cers,alleviate the patients′pain and shorten the healing time of the lesions.
