摘要
使用源自植物的天然化合物糠醛、腰果酚,代替呋喃树脂生产中的甲醛与苯酚,采用酮醛、脲醛、酚醛复合改性工艺,制备新型环保呋喃树脂。同时,对呋喃树脂的抗湿性进行了研究,实验采用了几种特殊的助剂,提高了呋喃树脂在高湿度条件下的固化性能。
The new green resin was prepared using the compounds from natural sources,Furfural and Cardanol instead of Formaldehyde and Phenol in furan resin production process,adopting ketone aldehyde,urea-formaldehyde and phenolic compound modification process. At the same time,the moisture resistance of the furan resin has been studied. Several special additives improved moisture resistance of furan resin.
