摘要
从解决实际问题的角度对轧制钢球淬火滚筒的动力计算、热处理时间的控制以及出球打捞的结构设计进行了理论计算和分析,从而达到了轧制生产线连续热处理淬火钢球对热处理工艺的要求,满足生产实际需要。
The theoretical calculation and analysis were carried out in the dynamic,heat treatment time and the structure design of quench roller for the rolling steel ball to solove the practical issue,which met the heat treatment requirements of the quench steel ball to the heat treatment quenching steel rolling continuous heat treatment and satisfied the actual demand in production.
