基于回收可替代产品的闭环供应链协调模型

摘要 应用博弈论对两种可替代产品回收的定价策略进行研究,得出分散决策模型和集中决策模型的均衡解.提出收益费用共享契约,实现供应链的协调.最后,利用数值仿真得出重要的管理启示:1)制造商提供的最优批发价格和销售商提供的最优销售价格均很大程度上取决于该产品本身的成本结构,也与另外一种产品的价格存在关系.2)收益费用共享契约下,制造商提供的批发价格与两种产品的成本结构均有关,并且呈现出相关规律. This paper studies two pricing strategies of recycling substitution by using game theory. It obtains the equilibrium-solution of decentralized and centralized decision. Then, it presents a revenue-and-expense sharing contract to keep balance of the supply chain. Finally, it acquires some important management implications by numerical emulation: 1) the manufacturer's optimal wholesale price and the retailer's optimal sale price are largely depends on the cost structure of the product itself, and also related to the price of another product 2) under the revenue-and-expense sharing contract, ihe wholesale price provided by manufacturer is associated with the cost structures of both products, which shows certain regularity.
