The thought of the Balanced Way,which embodies Marxist philosophy about things interrelationships and the relationship between the overall and the partial,is the basic way for Pary Committee（ leading Party Group） to develop the education activity of Mass Lines. That＇s to say,we should both solve the prominent problems refleeted fircely by the masses and do well the current work,that we should exert ourselves both to take a palliative measure and emphasically take a cureone in solving the problems of Four Winds,that we should adopt the way to improve the capacity of the Party members and carders in serving the masses,and that we should do concrete things for the masses and try hard in acquiring new progress.
