应用型日语人才培养研究——基于文华学院日语专业人才培养现状

On the Application-Oriented Japanese Talents' Cultivation

为了适应国家经济社会的新需求和高等教育发展的新形势,有必要对应用型日语人才的培养开展研究。文章从文华学院日语专业人才培养现状入手,提出现阶段日语人才培养的问题,进而重新设定培养目标,最后提出应用型日语人才培养的几点建议。培养就业能力强的应用型日语人才,为毕业生的未来道路创造出各种可能性奠定良好的基础。

According to the demand of national economy and society and the development of higher education,it is necessary to study on the application-oriented Japanese talents＇ cultivation. This thesis analyzes the present situation and problems of talents cultivation of Japanese speciality in Wenhua College,and then redesigns the goal of talent cultivation,finally puts forward some suggestions on application-oriented Japanese talents＇ cultivation. It is essential to enhance youth employability for their brighter future.
