福建省经济对外开放度对产业结构的影响

An Empirical Analysis of Relationship between Economic Opening and Industry Structure Upgrading in Fujian

利用2000—2012年福建省各地区对外经济及三次产业数据,测度福建省经济对外开放度和产业结构水平,并通过混合面板回归模型估计福建省对外开放度对产业结构升级优化的影响。研究结果表明:福建省对外开放度还有待提高,全省只有厦门市综合经济开放度高于省平均水平,东南沿海地区和西北内陆发展不平衡。沿海地区经济对外开放度对产业结构升级优化存在显著促进作用,而内陆地区对外开放度对产业结构升级影响有限甚至不影响。最后,对提高福建省对外开放水平,促进产业结构升级提出了一些建议。

This paper uses economic openness and three industry data of Fujian province from 2000 to 2012,to measure the degree of economic opening and the industry structure,then by using combined regression model to estimate the influence of the former on the latter. The results show： the degree of economic opening is still low in Fujian,Xiamen is the only city whose degree of comprehensive economic opening is higher than the average provincial level,and there is a significant positive effect of economic opening on industry structure in coastal areas of Fujian,but the effect is not significant in inland areas. Finally some suggestions are put forward to upgrade Fujian industry structure.
