摘要
介绍了近年来基于ZSM-5分子筛的多级孔材料的合成研究进展,包括多级孔ZSM-5材料的制备方法、结构特点、应用以及各制备方法的优缺点等,比较了多级孔ZSM-5与常规微孔ZSM-5分子筛的催化性能。展望了今后的发展前景,认为在对多级孔材料的孔结构实现可控的基础上,合成出具有良好水热稳定性和特定酸性质的多级孔ZSM-5将是今后研究的重点目标。
The research advances in synthesis of hierarchical pore material based ZSM-5 molecular sieves,including the synthesis method and their advantages and disadvantages,the structure and applications of hierarchical pore material had been reviewed in this paper,the catalytic performance of hierarchical pore ZSM-5 had also been compared with those of conventional microporous ZSM-5.Predicted the future development prospect that on the basis of the control of the pore structure of the hierarchical pore material,hierarchical pore ZSM-5 with good hydrothermal stability and specific acid nature will be the technological focus for future research.
