气动执行器运行的点检定修与风险防范

Point Inspection and Risk Prevention in Pneumatic Actuator Running

针对化工气动执行器的基本结构、控制回路等的特点以及在实际生产中遇到的问题,分析了气动执行器在正常生产过程中存在填料泄漏、部件松动等的运行风险。对不同类型的风险,提出了制定点检定修、专项检查制度及对单电磁阀进行技术改造等措施,对气动执行器的运行风险进行规避。实践证明,点检定修等制度的制定、执行可以大大降低气动执行器的运行风险,有效确保其在生产中的安全、稳定运行。

The paper analyzed the operating risk such as packing leakage and parts loose in normal production process of pneumatic actuator aimed at the basic structure of the pneumatic actuator,the characteristics of the control circuit and the problems in practical production.For different risk,putted forward measures such as setting point inspection and special inspection institution,making technical renovation for single solenoid valve to avoid operating risk.Practice proved that the formulation and execution of the measure can greatly reduce operation risk,effectively ensure the safe and stable operation in production.
