摘要 介绍了某聚丙烯装置在生产抗冲产品中因设备部分堵塞发生紧急停车现象,影响产品质量并导致生产了很多EPS30R过渡料,造成经济损失。分析表明,环管密度、气相反应器气相进料比以及挤压造粒的筒体温度是造成设备堵塞的主要原因。通过优化装置控制参数,延长进料时间、控制料液阀门开度、改进反应器吹扫方法、严格控制产品等规度给电子体和杀死催化剂活性剂的加入时间、保证进料平稳、控制反应压力和反应温度等手段,该聚丙烯装置运行平稳正常,未生产过渡料,运行周期提高了10 d,年经济效益提高了128万元。 This paper introduced an emergency stop accident of polypropylene plant in the production of impact resistant products due to blockage of partially equipment,which affected the products quality and lead to the production of a lot of transition material EPS30 R,caused economic losses.Analysis and study showed that the ring canal density,the gas feed ratio of gas phase reactor and the barrel temperature of the extrusion granulator were main reasons of blockage of equipment.The polypropylene plant running smoothly and normal and without producing transition material through optimizing the control parameters of device,prolonging feed time,controlling the liquid material valve opening,improving purging method of the reactor,strictly controlling isotacticity electron donor of the products,and addition time for killing the catalyst active agent,measures for ensuring feeding smooth,controlling reaction pressure and reaction temperature.The running period increased by 10 d,the annual economic benefit increased by 1 280 000 yuan.
