摘要
本文结合物流行业对复合型人才需求,针对学生在高职阶段知识与技能很难得到全面提升弊端,将MOOCS理念引入教学模式改革,利用先进网络信息技术,通过实施课程教学资源数字化,构建课后线上自主学习、课间交流与技能训练相衔接的翻转课堂教学模式,以调动学生学习自主性和参与度,促进了学生知识掌握与职业技能提升,同时实现个人特质和素养养成,为进一步推进高职教学改革、改善高职教学质量提供思路。
Combined with the logistics industry’s requirement for compound talents,and higher vocational college students’knowledge and skill are improving slowly,the paper introduces the MOOCS idea in the teaching reform. We use network information technology,digitize curriculum resources,conduct after- school online learning and teaching mode of communication and skills training in order to motivate students’learning enthusiasm and improve students’ knowledge and professional skills.
