摘要
前苏联教育家巴班斯基提出教学过程最优化理论,对职业院校有借鉴意义。职业院校要区别人才培养过程管理与常规教学过程管理,优化设计人才培养过程,采取有效对策,重视和加强职业院校的人才培养过程管理。
The optimization theory of teaching process, propounded by the former Soviet Union educator Babansky, is a special reference for the vocational colleges nowadays. To strengthen the management of students training process, the vocational colleges need to distinguish the training process management from regular teaching process management, optimize the design of training process, and adopt practical countermeasures.
