人才培养模式是专业建设的基础和重要组成部分,是学生能力培养紧扣高职高专要求和职业岗位需求的重要依据。近年来,广东科贸职业学院商务秘书专业遵循职业人才培养的规律,系统地探索了文秘(商务秘书)专业建设"三阶梯递进"职业化人才培养模式。人才培养模式的探索及运用,使秘书人才培养在适应市场需求,提高教育教学质量和职业综合素质等方面取得了显著成效。

Talent training model is the basis of professional construction and important component, is closely linked to vocational training students＆#39; ability for college and the important basis of occupation post demand. In recent years, Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade professional business secretary following the occupation law of talent cultivation, systematically explored the Secretary （secretary of Commerce） professional construction “three staircases” occupation training mode. Study of talent cultivation and application mode of training to adapt to market demand, the secretary personnel, improving teaching quality and occupation quality has achieved remarkable results.
