摘要
典型工作任务分析和学习任务设计是工作过程系统化课程开发的关键环节。分析了典型工作任务与岗位工作任务、学习任务之间的关系,并以轨道交通客运英语课程为例,阐述三者在课程开发中的作用和转化路径,指出有效的工作任务体系是课程开发质量的保障。
BAG and learning project design are the key parts of developing the working process-orientation curriculum. This article first analizes the relationship between BAG, work tasks and learning projects. The roles which play in curriculum design and the paths which transform from one to another are then discussed by a case study of developing the project-based curriculum, Raiway Passenger Transportation English. The article finally emphasizes that effective work tasks system guarantees the quality of working process-orientation curriculum.
