摘要
立案监督作为中国特色检察制度的重要组成部分,处于检察机关强化法律监督、彰显司法公正的前沿。然而,司法实践中该项权力行使的效果却不尽如人意。通过阐述基层检察机关在立案监督工作中存在的普遍问题,并以此为基点,探讨解决方案。
The filing supervision, as an important part of procuratorial system with Chinese characteristics, is in the frontier in procuratorial organs to strengthen legal supervision and highlight the justice.However, the effect of exercising the power in judicial practice is not satisfactory. By describing the common issues on filing supervision in grassroots prosecutors, the paper explored the solutions.
