中药注射剂溶媒的临床合理应用

Discussion on Rational Use of Menstruum for Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

以溶媒为切入点,结合我院临床用药现状,探讨溶媒种类与剂量的合理应用与中药注射剂安全性间的关系,应通过严格把握用药指征,参考说明书规范用药,加强用药监护等减少中药注射剂不良反应的发生。

To discuss the relationship between the rational use of a variety and dosage of menstruum and the safety of TCM injection based on the use of menstruum and clinical drug use in our hospital. It is suggested that the indications and medicine instructions should be well grasped and pharmaceutical care be strengthened to reduce the ADR of TCM injections.
