互动咨询模型在嵌入式学科服务中的应用研究

Research on the application of interactive consulting model in the embedded subject service

作者通过研究国内15所知名高校图书馆的学科服务互动咨询情况,总结了高校图书馆学科服务的成功经验与不足之处,建立了基于学科服务平台的学科服务互动咨询动态模型。该互动咨询模型,可全方位、动态地为学科用户提供动态咨询服务,引导学科用户形成以学科服务平台为依托的科研习惯,是实现嵌入式学科服务的动力引擎。

The researchers have made a study of the interactive consultation services among 15 well- known college libraries,and a summary of the experiences or deficiencies in the subject service of these libraries based on the construction of both the interactive consultation model and the subject service platform. The interactive consulting model can provide omni- directional and dynamic services for the readers,guide the users to cultivate a researching habit based on the platform so as to construct a dynamic engine of the embedded subject services.
