煤炭资源型地区生态环境保护问题研究

Issues on Protection of Ecological Environment in Coal Resource Area

煤炭资源在我国国民经济和社会发展中起到了极其重要的作用,但在其开采利用过程中,却对生态环境造成了严重的污染和破坏。究其原因,与法律法规不完善、政府的监管不力以及煤炭企业不当的环保理念不无关系。基于此,文章提出今后应完善相关的法律法规,政府应担当起真正的监管责任,煤炭企业要担负起自己的环保责任。

Coal plays a very important role in Chinese national economical and social development,however,it also causes serious pollution and does great damage to the ecological environment in the exploilation process. The main reasons lie on the imperfection of laws and regulations, the weak government supervision and improper environment ideas of coal enterprises. So we should perfect the related laws and regulations. The government should perform its regulatory responsibility. The coal enterprises should assume their responsibility of environmental protection.
