创伤评分在胸腹联合伤护理中的应用

目的研究和分析创伤评分在胸腹联合伤的临床护理中的应用效果。方法随机选择深圳市龙华新区人民医院50例胸腹联合伤患者,对他们的临床治疗护理资料进行回顾性分析,并对2组患者的临床护理治疗情况和结果进行比较、统计和分析。结果观察组中存活患者的RTS评分明显高于死亡患者,胸AIS、腹AIS以及ISS评分均明显低于死亡患者;观察组的总有效率(92.0%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(80.0%),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胸腹联合伤的临床护理治疗过程中采用创伤评分,其治疗效果显著,是一种理想、有效的临床护理方法。

Objective Research and analysis of trauma score application effect of combined injury in the chest and abdomen in clinical nursing. Methods Randomly selected 50 cases of thoraco abdominal injuries, clinical nursing data of them were retrospectively analyzed, and the clinical nursing treatment and results of two groups of patients were compared, and statistical analysis. Results The observed group survival in patients with RTS score was higher in death patients, chest AIS, abdominal AIS and ISS scores were significantly lower than the death patients; total efficiency rate of the observation group （92.0%） was significantly higher than that of control group in the total efficiency （80.0%）, with significant differences among the three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The trauma score in clinical nursing care in the treatment of thoraco abdominal injuries, the treatment effect is remarkable, and is an ideal, effective clinical nursing method.
