PICC置管的肿瘤患者采取改进护理方案对其导管相关性不良事件及留置时间的影响分析

目的探究改进护理方案对行经外周静脉穿刺的中心静脉留置（PICC置管）肿瘤患者相关导管不良事件的影响,并为临床优质护理积累经验。方法选取江西省萍乡市人民医院肿瘤科于2011年1月-2011年12月收治的32例患者,设为对照组,给予常规PICC置管与维护;选取2012年1月-2012年12月收治的34例患者,设为研究组,给予改进护理方案。记录2组患者出现导管相关性不良事件例数及导管留置时间,并做好对比。结果研究组出现导管相关性不良事件发生率为8.82%,对照组为18.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组置管时间为（10.76±1.21）个月,对照组为（8.91±0.97）个月,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论改进护理方案对行PICC置管肿瘤患者而言,能够降低导管相关性不良事件发生率,并延长留置时间,取得较为满意的成效。

Objective To explore the nursing plan for improved indwelling central venous catheter （PICC） in patients with tumor related adverse events, and accumulated experience for clinical nursing quality. Methods 32 patients who tumor department of the hospital from January to December 2011 admitted patients, as control group, routine PICC and maintenance; 34 cases from January to December 2012 admitted patients, a research group, to improve nursing program.Record two groups of patients and the number of catheter catheter related adverse events patients with indwelling time, and make a comparison. Results The study group appears catheter related adverse events occurred in 8.82%, 18.8% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Research group of the indwelling time was （10.76 ± 1.21） months, the control group （8.91± 0.97） months, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improving the nursing program on PICC placement of tumor patients, can reduce the incidence of catheter related adverse events, and prolong indwelling time, achieved satisfactory results.
