新疆煤层气开发利用现状与对策建议

Present situation and countermeasure research for the exploitation and utilization of coal bed methane in Xinjiang

认为新疆煤层气开发利用虽经过十多年发展,但目前仍处于起步阶段,开发利用推进缓慢。从整体来看,矿权、资金、技术、成本等方面问题仍是制约新疆煤层气开发利用的关键因素。在分析新疆煤层气开发利用现状、存在的问题及制约因素的基础上,立足新疆具体实际,提出加快新疆煤层气开发利用的对策建议。

Even after more than 10 years development of coal bed methane exploitation and utilization in Xinjiang,Xinjiang is still in the infancy and development of advancing slowly.On the whole,mineral rights,capital,technology and cost issues still are the key factors for restricting the development and utilization of Xinjiang＇s coal bed methane.This paper analyzes the coal bed methane exploitation and utilization current situation,the existing problems and restricting factors,based on the concrete practice in Xinjiang,and puts forward some countermeasures to speed up the Xinjiang＇s coal bed methane exploitation and utilization.
