摘要
研究在微波和次氯酸钠条件下对高硫煤中有机硫的氧化脱除效果,考察微波功率、辐照时间及次氯酸钠用量对有机硫脱硫率的影响。采用均匀化试验设计进行试验研究,选用DPS数据处理系统对试验结果进行逐步回归分析并创建最优回归方程,对回归方程进行模型优化后得出新峪高硫煤在微波和次氯酸钠组合为最优试验条件。利用XPS分析出煤中有机硫类型的分布,得出各种有机硫化合物在微波和次氯酸钠条件下脱除的难易对比情况。
The organic sulfur removal effect of high-sulphur coal via microwave heating and oxidation by sodium hypochlorite was studied.In addition,the effect of microwave power,irradiation time,and the dosage of sodium hypochlorite on the desulphurization degree were discussed.The uniform design experimentation was carried out,the obtained results were treated by stepwise regression analysis using DPS data processing system,and the optimal regression equation was created.A model optimization of regression equation showed that the optimum experimental conditions were microwave heating and oxidation by sodium hypochlorite.The distribution of different organic sulphur was analyzed by XPS analysis,thus the desulphurization degree for different organic sulphur compounds were compared under microwave and with sodium hypochlorite.
