摘要
医院以往采取的人员考核体系是以科研能力为主、医疗技术为辅的方法,具有考核重点本末倒置和考核内容不完善的缺陷。为了有效解决这一问题,本研究从医疗技术、科研、工作协作和医德4个方面重新构建了人员考核体系,并且4个方面的权重根据医院的需求可自由调整,以使考核体系与医院的发展相适应。
Hospital in the past take the staff appraisal system is the main method to the ability of scientific research, medical technology as the focus of assessment have the order reversed, with the defect and the appraisal content is not perfect. In order to solve this problem, this paper from four aspects of medical technology, scientific research, cooperation and medical ethics to construct the staff appraisal system, and the weight of the four aspects according to the requirement of hospital can be adjusted freely, in order to enable the development of evaluation system and hospital to adapt.
