双J管滞留致复杂性泌尿系结石的治疗(附5例报告)

目的探讨双J管长时间滞留致复杂性泌尿系结石的治疗及拔管技巧。方法回顾性分析5例双J管长期滞留的临床资料,术前采用体外碎石,术中使用输尿管镜结合经皮肾镜碎石取石术联合拔管。结果经以上方法碎石满意,均顺利完整的拔出滞留的双J管。结论体外冲击波碎石术、输尿管镜及肾镜联合腔内碎石和拔管是治疗双J管长期滞留并结石形成的有效手段。

Objective To investigate the treatment and tube drawing technique of complex urinary calculi with double J of long-term retention. Methods Clinical data of 5 patients with long-term retention of ureteral double J tube were retrospectively analyzed. Extracorporeal lithotripsy was used preoperatively, ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephrolithotomy were used in tube drawing intraoperatively. Results The effect of gravel is satisfactorily. The retention double J tube was pulled out completely and smoothly. Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopy and nephrolithotomy combined with endoscopic lithotripsy may be effective in treatment of stones induced by long-term retention of ureteral double J tube.
