摘要
结合课程改革、地区教育、园本课程开发的背景,采用个案研究的方法,本研究对北京市某幼儿园园长在其职业生涯阶段所参与的与课程领导相关的活动及其经历进行了深描和分析,结果发现在历史发展的不同时期,园长的课程领导观念、角色和任务内容都发生了很大的变化;园长课程领导的主体性增强,所受影响因素也日益多元化,各因素对园长课程领导的影响呈动态化。园长要成为真正的课程决策者,就应抓住园所自身特点进行课程领导,扬长但不避短,实现理论与实践的深入结合。
Based on a case study with interviews, document analysis, participatory observation and reflections, this paper tried to deeply describe how a kindergarten principal in Beijing has experienced different transformations in terms of curriculum reform and curriculum leadership since 1980s, in order to find out the tracks and patterns of the history development of the principal as curriculum leader in the light of leadership role, process and impact factors. It provided some highlights about how to face the leadership challenges in the new era.
