On the Training Model of Preschool Education Based on Supporting Platforms

为满足社会对高质量幼儿园师资的需求,幼儿师范院校可以通过建设"学前教育研究、示范性基地幼儿园、学前教育师资培训、对外交流与合作、信息化资源应用"五大平台,创建"教学研训一体"的人才培养模式;通过开放人才培养过程,共建教育教学资源,建立多元评价体系,提高教育质量,促进学生专业成长。

In order to satisfy the social requirements on high-quality preschool teachers, preschool normal colleges would integrate instruction, study, research and training, open the training process, co-build the education teaching resources and establish the multi-evaluation system. All of these should be based on the construction of the big platforms.
